Andrea Motta is a photojournalist documenting social issues around the world. As independent photographer her work has been published in The New York Times, NZZ Newspaper - Switzerland , Jornal Expresso - Portugal , Odos Panos, Epslon Magazine and GEO - Greece , Photographers International , Al-Asharq Al-Awsat Newspaper among others publications.

During the 6 years she lived in New York she graduated from the International Center of Photography (ICP) 1995-1996, assisted James Nachtwey 2000-2001, worked as editor in Saba Press 1996-1997 and in Phototechnica 1997-1999 printing for exhibitions and photo collectors.
